Plot

Prometheus is a film by the maker of Alien & Gladiator, so its a little bit same to that. But the story here is new and surprising.

The film starts with the waking of sleeping scientists who were sleeping for like 80 years in there sleeping pods. All these scientists are hired by a firm which has a mission to search for 'Creator'.

The scientist in that search became stranded on that open alien land, where David (a robot) finds an alien ship with an alien in the sleeping pod. Which these scientists regard as there creator and that we the Humans are sub casted from him.

Excited by there new found discovery, scientists arrive at the ship with Firms Chairman who sponsored the whole mission. But that alien who was woken up from his sleep starts a frenzy - killing all humans on his ship

And then he sets the course for earth to destroy it with all the nukes loaded in his ship. But captain of Prometheus stops his ship by colliding it with his ship.

The main lead of the story is Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) who survives till the end and with the help of David sets to search for more of those alien ships to search for her creator... but to know the whole story you have to watch the film.

Conclusion

Many new gadgets are introduced in this film which make it more realistic and scientific, but the story was left loose at some places (when two scientists were leftout in the open no security operatives were dispatched for there rescue).

Still, the film is worth the effort and you will find it opeing new portals in your mind.
