Tom Dick & harry at Arts council

'Tom, Dick and Harry show' played 25^th Jan to 12^th Feb at arts council Karachi.

'Tom, Dick & Harry' is a comedy by Director ‘Shah Sharahbeel’ & an adaption of Ray & Michael Cooney's play by the same name in 2005.

Play is about how Dick create nuisance in Tom's easy going life by bringing wine & two Illegal immigrants. Besides Harry who brought home a chopped up dead body.

It was presented by Zong & other companies & has been previously performed in theatres of Capital & Regional capital, has earned mix response from audience. ‘Bombay Dreams’ & ‘Moulin Rouge’ are some of his famous play.

Audience of Karachi also gave similar response, ‘The house was full even on 12^th day’ told Sheharyar, a University student.

‘Though it crossed the decency line, people still were glued to it’ he added.

‘It’s nice such shows are being directed, this would bring in a positive change’ acknowledged an elderly fellow, ‘cause of these shows, public will revert to stage theatres’.

At the end of the show, Director Shah Sharahbeel & team gave a tribute to late Ms Arfa Karim by song ‘Kolaveri Di’ & distributed Pizza vouchers among audience who participated.

Further more, He thanked the audience & requested to let others know about the show, so they could enjoy also.

Also, Zong distributed ‘Manchester United-Zong’ sim, wristband, among public who came to watch the show.
